Affordable Housing Finance Consultant
Anjanette Scott joined Community Economics in 2019, bringing with her 12 years of experience in affordable housing development finance, program management, and asset management. Prior to joining Community Economics, Anjanette worked for Alameda County’s Housing Department, where she financed new developments and acted as the asset manager of completed projects. She also was the City of Berkeley’s asset manager, overseeing both the affordable housing and inclusionary projects.
She’s worked with many different Federal, State, and local funding sources. Anjanette is committed to helping developers fund and complete their projects. She previously served on the City of Hayward’s Economic Development Committee and is currently a Habitat for Humanity volunteer where she helps Habitat families get access to educational, economic, social opportunities.
Anjanette holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Texas, a MBA from Mills College, and a B.S. in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California.
