Community Economics has assisted in the development of over 515 affordable rental housing developments and over 36,161 units. Projects are located primarily in California, and include urban, suburban and rural communities throughout the state. Our projects include senior and family developments; special needs housing, preservation of at-risk projects and mixed-use developments.
